Triple Tree Ranch Subdivision | Bozeman, MT
![]() |
The Triple Tree Ranch Subdivision is a remnant of the original Triple Tree Ranch, which was subdivided into approximately 100 lots of sizes between 1.9 and 3.9 acres. Located off of Sourdough Road in South Bozeman, Triple Tree has a combination of some of the most eloquent homes and beautiful views that Bozeman has to offer. |

Managed by the Triple Tree Ranch HOA, this community is held to the highest standards for all new construction. Although many of the lots have already been built on, there are still lots available for new builds. Additionally, fences are not allowed to preserve the ranch-like feel of the community. Within the ranch rests a Community Center that all property owners have access to.
Just across Sourdough Road lies the Triple Tree Trail, a popular 5.4 mile loop with 958 feet of elevation gain, making it a relatively challenging hike. Also in proximity to the neighborhood is Hyalite Canyon and Hyalite Foothills, and Green Hills Ranch. Just a few miles to the North is Montana State University!
