Wylie Creek Estates is a fairly large community located in NW Bozeman off of E. Valley Center Road. The layout of the Wiley Creek Estates is very open, and residents enjoy trails, ponds, tennis courts, and playground & park areas. Don’t forget the incredible views, a trademark of Bozeman living. Homes in Wiley Creek are primarily single-family, although sizes range from ~2,000 sq ft to upwards of 5,000 sq ft. Lots tend to be bigger than typical in Bozeman, with several exceeding an acre.
